Luxury Papamoa Escape, family fun in paradise!

Only 7 minutes from the beach, relax at our luxury countryside escape in the Papamoa Hills. With incredible views from every aspect of the house and the heated pool, you & your kids will love the zip-line, outdoor fire pit, pet farm animals, games room with pool table & table tennis, football field, tree swing & trampoline ! Enjoy the tranquility & stars by night, plus your own private access to the Papamoa Hills walk! This house is built for the views, entertaining and relaxing!

With cedar cladding and schist features, the house is built for sunshine and views, both front and back!

Fantastic flow in the dining/kitchen area to the front deck and back garden, through big sliding doors either side

An entertainers kitchen and scullery look out to endless views of Papamoa, Te Puke and Maketu. There is an italian Rocket coffee machine plus all the other essentials a well equipped kitchen needs.

The front deck has a large extendable shade cover to make outside dining pleasant at any time of day. The pool has a large industrial umbrella, solar heating and a deep end for kids to dive on in, plus of course.. more views!

There is a trampoline and 80m long zipline in the bush area behind the house and pool. Then of course there is the games room downstairs (converted double garage) with large pool table, dart board, table tennis, piano, drums and seating, plus of course a big party speaker! Outside is the basketball 'court' & hoop & the volleyball net on the grass area upstairs. The top level of the house has 2 couches that convert to mattresses and playstation 4 or netflix tv area (so adults and kids have their own areas to watch tv).

The lounge is super cosy with a schist fireplace and 60 inch tv with surround sound.

We have 2 pet cows (Rosie and Piglet), 2 pet goats (Wednesday and Mara), 2 pet sheep (Larry and Emily) and down the bottom have chickens and 2 pet rabbits (Vadah and Mr Chips), along with a big football (or frisbee!) field. The flat area down the bottom has our 2 airbnb's on it, so this space is shared with other guests.

The entire area around the house is for your family alone, including the pool and all amenities described. The tree swing, football field and pet animals are shared with the 2 small airbnbs down in the bottom flat area.

We will be available by phone or on the airbnb messaging app, and are happy to take calls or texts if you have any issues. We have a worker who will be working on the farm at times so will keep an eye on things/help out if required

Set in the beautiful Papamoa hills, surrounded by the regional park, native bush, farmland and with your own private access to the Papamoa Hills walk! It is only a short 7 minute drive to beautiful Papamoa beach & 10 minutes to shops and cafe's.

You will require a car to get around as we are not on a bus route and are in the country

This is our home and it is only the second time we have ever rented it out - so its pretty special to us. We ask you to treat it as such, along with our pet farm animals and contact us with any issues you have - we are only too happy to answer any questions! The property is powered by solar but we will run it on mains power for your convenience.
